RETURN POLICY
Returns are not permitted but if there are issues with damage upon arrival we will repair any items that were damaged during transit. Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged so that we can arrange for return.
Special and large orders: many of our items are available in larger quantities, please contact us at [email protected] for inquiries. Due to the nature of some of the materials we use some items may become back ordered or unavailable. Special orders are non-refundable and require payment in full before shipping.
We want you to feel as much joy with your pieces as we feel during the creation. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order.
REPAIR POLICY

PRODUCT CARE
All Iron Bird Designs jewelry is handcrafted, often incorporating natural stones and leather.
Deerskin and feathers may become damaged if exposed to water. Deerskin is a soft material and can break if pulled with force.
For our jewelry incorporating raw and natural stones, please treat with care, avoid dropping these pieces or handling roughly as natural stones can break and may not be replaceable.
Please do not wear jewelry pieces in water and please keep all jewelry from coming in contact with perfumes, sprays, lotions, and oils as with these substances may result in discoloration or a change in the durability of the piece.
Jewelry is not intended to be ingested in any manner nor is it intended for use or wear by children 12 years of age and under.
